OCBIN-Connections is a matchmaking service linking screened start-up technology companies with funding sources, service providers, and other resources these companies need to grow and to succeed.

OCBIN-Connections Service & Business Resource Providers submit an online profile (www.ocbin.org) of their services and resources that are specifically designed to meet the needs of start-ups, including the most favorable terms the Provider is willing to offer. These terms may include initial free consultations, reduced fees for a specified period of time, equity in lieu of cash and postponement of payments until funding is received. The profile will contain relevant contact information for a designated representative who will serve as the Provider’s interface with the OCBIN-approved start-ups. Only these start-ups will have access to the Provider’s profile. Providers will benefit from new relationships with emerging companies that will hopefully grow to become long-term productive clients. OCBIN-sponsored incubators will also use this information resource when advising their portfolio companies.
